Daniel N. Egan Partner / CEO /Software Architect

Over the past ten years, Daniel has held a variety of positions in the information technology and engineering fields. At OCG he serves as President and CEO. Daniel is a Microsoft Regional Director, Microsoft MVP - ASP/ASP.Net , MCT and an MCSD as well as a .Net Insider for the Southern California Region.

In addition to his development work, Daniel teaches a .NET Certification course at California State University Fullerton as well as serves on its .NET Advisory board. He is the Co-Founder of  the SoCalDotNet Developers Group.

Daniel is very involved in the developer community, he currently serves as President of INETA, the international .Net association. A not for profit group that supports over 275 usergroups in North America.

Daniel is a frequent speaker and conference presenter and has written several articles in addition to being the author of Building Websites With VB.Net and DotNetNuke 3.0.  and a new upcoming title from Wrox.

Stephen Rose  Partner / CIO / Network Architect

Stephen Rose spent 12 years teaching technical tracks for private companies, technical training companies and even colleges like California State University and Columbia College as well as speaking at technical conferences all over the world including TechEd, SDWest, CIO World, and TechExpo.

In addition to his training career he has spent over 15 years consulting with many Fortune 1000 companies like Ford Motor Company, IBM, 5th 3rd Bank Corp, McDonald's, Pacific Western, OSI Systems, Rapiscan Systems, ADP, PGA, St John's Medical Center, Apple Computers, UCLA Medical Center, The MS Society of Canada, Illumicell, DMB&B, Pacific Western, and Miller Brewing company.

His technical certifications include, MCSE, MCT, MCSA, MCP I, iNet , Net , A , CIW CI, CTT , Linux , Security , IT Project as well as being a Master CIW

In 2007 Stephen was named Microsoft Connect Systems Developer MVP as well as being ask to write a technical blog for Fast Company magazine.

In 2008, Stephen was asked to sit on the University of California – San Diego Advisory board.
